Our aim is that you know what you are buying, can trust the price and are ideally more than satisfied with your purchase after shopping with us. That's why we offer a price guarantee on all items over DKK 299, up to a 3-year warranty, and do everything we can to give you the very best information, guidance and support.

Price warranty

All sales prices at NORDIC-RAINWEAR basically follow our suppliers' suggested retail prices. Sometimes they are lower because we have negotiated a good deal, and our goal is always that our price must not be higher than in other similar webshops. If you therefore find the same item (ie same size, color designation and year) at a lower price in another Danish webshop, we will match this price.

The conditions are, however, that the other webshop is registered and pays customs and tax in Denmark (has a Danish CVR no.) and complies with Danish and European legislation in online shopping.

At the same time, you should be aware that our price guarantee:

- does not include outlet and sales items at other shops or purchases that require membership or forced creation of an account to obtain a discount,

- is subject to the fact that free shipping, various discounts, and price reductions you have already obtained in our shop are included, so that it is the price you will actually pay that is compared,

- only applies to single purchases for private individuals *)

- must be approved by us before it applies (see below)

- only applies to items over DKK 299.

Finally, the product must be available both on the webshop you are comparing us to and with us – i.e. it must be in stock and available for purchase on the day you place your order.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we have to make a reservation for errors in our stock. This rarely happens, but since the shop shows both the stock status with us, which is updated continuously, and the stock status with our suppliers, which is updated once a week, a low stock can be out of stock without it appearing in the shop.

How to benefit from the price guarantee

If you find an item with us that you want to buy, and you can see the same item cheaper on another webshop (that meets the above requirements), you can either:

1. Create the order with us and write in the message field that you want to make use of the price guarantee - and insert a link to the cheaper product as documentation. If we approve the comparison, we deduct the amount from your invoice before we send the item. In this way, you ensure that the item is not sold to another party, and if you regret it, you can still cancel the order. You will be notified by email whether we approve the price guarantee. Possibly cancellation must be made before the order is shipped.

2. You can also send an email to support@nordic-rainwear.com to get a confirmation that the price guarantee applies. The email must contain a link to the item both in our shop and the shop where you found the item cheaper. It may take some time before we respond, and you run the risk that the item will end up being sold to someone else. On the other hand, you are sure of the price before you shop.

Right of complaint and up to 3 years warranty on a product

When you buy something from a Danish webshop, you automatically have a 2-year right to complain. However, there are certain conditions and exceptions, which you can read more about on the Danish Consumer Agency's website >>>

Added to this is the warranty that the manufacturer (i.e. our suppliers) gives on its items. Most manufacturers are content to provide the statutory 2-year right to complain, while others are so sure of the quality of their products that they extend this warranty. The extended warranty will appear in the product description on our website. If you use the search filters, you can easily find them.

You also have the right to complain if you buy something from another European webshop, but outside the EU the "law of the jungle" applies. Here you have no guarantee for anything, and the money you save on a cheap offer can turn into an expensive experience if you are subsequently left with a product that breaks, is a cheap copy or according to European standards is an illegally manufactured product that, for example, contains toxins. You can try to get your money back, but it is usually lost.

Added to this are the shops that set out to sell popular items cheaply, after which they find out that the profit is not enough for salaries, rent and running their business - and go bankrupt. In that situation, you lose the right to complain, as it is the seller who is responsible for it, not the manufacturer.
